All New Technique!!  Combine die cutting and quilling.   Use this die to cut your own quilling paper strips!  Fill in the open areas of the new filling dies with rolled quilling shapes to create a new look for your quilling or papercrafting projects.  Die makes approx. 1/16" wide strips.  Die is approx. 1" wide x 7" long.  For use with most manual die cutting machines.
